Description
The building has two basements and three floors above ground, for diverse applications (laboratories, offices ...). The building is elevated on a base metal consisting of a metal grid of plates that covers the building and shape the four sides of it.

Typology: Foundation: Slab foundation, Floor slabs: Reinforced slab of 0.28 m thickness; Columns: rectangular section of reinforced concrete; Pile sheets: continuous wall of 0.60 m thickness with two lines of temporary anchors to save 3 basements, up to height of 11.00 m. approx.; Anti-seismic and anti-wind structure: reinforced concrete walls and metal lattices.

Description

Building consists of 3 underground floors with a dimension 95.00 x 35.00 m. in plant and 21 floors above ground with dimension 26.00 x 20.00 m. in plant, while the height building above ground is approximately 80.00 m.

Box made up of concrete walls, in which truncated pyramid shaped cantilevered skylights appear.
