This video shows how to analyze several subsystems with Dynamo. Before being able to analyze the subsystems, subsystem views need to be generated (one-time step), see also Generate Subsystem Views with Dynamo.

We are switching to the Manage Tab to start the Dynamo Player. We will change to the example folder extra to play a Dynamo script. The Dynamo script CalculateSubsystems.dyn has some few control settings for the calculation. If you are considering the load takedown, then it is recommended to calculate the subsystems in the order from the upper to the lower level.
