Coupling¶

Create a coupling between structural elements.
Supported types are Point/Point, Line/Point or Line/Line couplings.

Input¶

Name	Type	Structure	Description
A	(Structural) Point (Structural) Line	List	Root element of this coupling. If a pure geometric element is given a structural version of it will be created automatically
B	(Structural) Point (Structural) Line	List	Reference element of this coupling
Group	Integer	List	Identifier for the group this element belongs to
Fixation	Text	List	Fixation literal describing the condition under which the involved elements are coupled. Translational DOF are marked with “P, rotational with “M” Example input: “PXPYPZ” to couple all translational DOF “F” for all DOF (PXPYPZMXMYMZ)
User Text	Text	List	Additional text that will be added to the CadInp output of this element
