Cuts per running meter¶
With the cuts per running meter, a completely new possibility of laying was created in SOFiCAD:
Within a detail frame, you create a detail cut for a strip foundation, for example. Within this frame, the cut is defined with the reinforcement in it, such as stirrups, bars in the cut and also stirrup mats. The brackets in the view must be provided with a pointer laying with distance information, the bracket mats with a mat positioning. A distributor must be defined as an extract for the bars shown in the section.
You define layings for the cuts. From the length of these routings, SOFiCAD calculates both the number of stirrups and ironing mats and the length for the required distribution trips depending on their overlap length. In the parameters you can define the delivery length for the VE irons regardless of the other maximum bar length. You can make changes to the detail frame and the layings via handle processing and the properties dialog.
The lengths of the distributor bars are calculated with the minimum required bar length times the number of bars in the cut. A surcharge to be defined in% is added. The result is then rounded up to whole bars according to the respective maximum bar length. The desired surcharge can be defined for the respective VE statement in the Info/Edit Box by default in the parameters. The change in the surcharge is immediately taken into account in the total length.
Note
It is sufficient for the calculation if the pull-out in the formwork including pointer laying and the bars in the cut are arranged in the detail frame. You can make changes to the detail frame and layings using handle editing and the properties dialog.
Cut per running meter¶
Command |
Schnitt per lfdm |
Tooltip |
Ribbon |
None |
Menu |
Bewehrung > Schnitt per lfdm > Detailrahmen |
All elements for the calculation of the running meters of VE iron, dimensions of ironing mats and the number of brackets installed should be arranged in a rectangular detail frame. The details are assigned automatically (detail nr). Deleted detail numbers are filled in when new detail frames are created. A meaningful name can be given to the detail.
Detail frame from object¶
Command |
Detailrahmen aus Objekt |
Tooltip |
Ribbon |
None |
Menu |
Bewehrung > Schnitt per lfdm > Detailrahmen |
The detail frame from the object also works in the same way as the rectangular detail frames. Here you can draw any polyline that is converted into a detail frame with this command.
Laying over endpoints¶
Command |
Verlegung über Endpunkte |
Tooltip |
Ribbon |
None |
Menu |
Bewehrung > Schnitt per lfdm > Verlegung |
Layings are defined using endpoints. From the length of these layings, SOFiCAD calculates both the number of meshes and stirrup meshes and the length for the required distribution trips.
Relocation from object¶
Command |
Verlegung aus Objekt |
Tooltip |
Ribbon |
None |
Menu |
Bewehrung > Schnitt per lfdm > Verlegung |
Layings are defined using objects (polyline, rectangles).
Laying out of value¶
Command |
Verlegung aus Objekt |
Tooltip |
Ribbon |
None |
Menu |
Bewehrung > Schnitt per lfdm > Verlegung |
Specification of the length of the laying by specifying the value.
