Support Request via SOFiSTiK Support Assistant#

The SOFiSTiK Support Assistant helps you to collect all relevant information and prepares an E-Mail ready to be sent to our Support department.

In most SOFiSTIK products you can open the assistant via Help ‣ Support Assistant.

You can also open the assistant from within the SOFiSTiK Application Manager.

Changelogs#

Changes to the software modules (released as service packs and hotfixes) are documented in log files. Please check the log files first. Log files can be found via SSD/TEDDY ‣ Help ‣ Log Files.
