Delete Unused Loadcases

Command	SOF_SE_DELETE_UNUSED_LCS
Tooltip	Deletes all loadcases which do not contain loads.
Sidebar	Loads

Deletes all loadcases which do not contain loads.

If the user creates the calculation model using the ‘export’ command and unused loadcases are present in the drawing, then the program will ask the user to decide whether to delete these loadcases.
