Creates a line at a position one third of the distance between two existing lines.

Creates a line at a position one third of the distance between two existing lines.

If the lines used are not parallel, a bisector is drawn. If the lines are not parallel, the line will be drawn at a third of the distance between the two lines along their length. The line is drawn closest to the line that is selected first.
