Service Pack 2024-0#

  • SOFiCAD 2024 is compatible with AutoCAD 2024.

  • Over the last year, we have generally improved the presentation of reinforcement schedules in -.docx format.

  • We also have good news for our French users who are interested in SOFiCAD. We have added the standard NF.ini for the reinforcement fabrics and the bending mandrel and there is a French user interface which is of course constantly improved.

  • The stand-alone SOFiCAD - OEM (German and English) has been extended by the Steelworks and Alignment modules. (You need an extra license for this)

  • In addition, SOFiCAD is available as a new stand-alone solution, called SOFiCAD-AEC. In this variant we use the AutoCAD Architecture Core as Original Equipment Manufacturer technology to build SOFiCAD with its Steelworks module. This new OEM is available as a perpetual license model and opens up the possibility to use SOFiCAD-AEC as a platform for other third party applications, or to run your own LISP scripts. A common practice could be e.g. that you can install the SOFiPLUS preprocessor over SOFiCAD-AEC.
